VENUES

CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The main conference will be held in the Octagon Theatre - see Campus map.  The Octagon Theatre includes the standard audio-visual facilities: overhead projector, links for computer presentations, slide projection etc.  Please confirm on the Registration Form the type of facilities you will require for your presentation.
 

POSTER DISPLAYS
A 'Poster, Pizza and Sparkler Talks' Session will be held on Tuesday evening.  During this session those wishing to present their posters can give a presentation which will last for the duration of one 'sparkler'.  Pizzas will be provided and drinks can be purchased.

Registration of posters and a Sparkler Presentation can be completed on the Conference Registration Form.

Posters will be allocated an area 90cm wide by 120cm high.  Velcro spots or thumbtacks will be supplied.
 

CONFERENCE EXCURSION
During the Conference Excursion the conference delegates will be shown the research facilities of the first stage of the Australian International Gravitational Observatory at Gingin.
 

ACGRG3
The ACGRG3 will be held in the Ross Lecture Theatre in the Physics Department.
