WELCOME RECEPTION AND REGISTRATION
Both delegates and accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Drinks and Registrations Function which will be held from 5pm on Sunday 8th July in the Undercroft beneath Winthrop Hall at UWA.
 

CONFERENCE EXCURSION AND DINNER
Delegates will be offered an excursion through the picturesque Swan Valley with lunch at a large vineyard and then to the facilities of the first stage of the Australian International Gravitational Observatory at Gingin.  This will be followed that evening by the Conference Dinner at a boutique winery.  The cost of the excursion and conference dinner is included in the registration fee.  Costs to accompanying persons is listed on the Registration page.
 

POSTERS, PIZZAS AND SPARKLER TALKS SESSION
This session will be held on at 5 - 9pm onTuesday, 10 July, in the Bradley Studio adjacent to the Octagon Theatre.  Accompanying persons can register to attend through the Registration page.
 

PUBLIC LECTURE
A free public lecture by Dr. R.N. (Dick) Manchester is being planned for 8pm Monday 9th July in the Octagon Theatre.
